My wife and I stayed four nights with our granddaughters (12 & 14). The location is excellent, the apartment is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything is good except they don’t have breakfast in the facility. It is also understandable that their elevator is small because that is an old building but the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Very good location. Overall, i like it and will be back in the future, i will recommend the hotel to my friends.

This is a total bait and switch. We were moved to another property much further out from the city, that did not even have hot water. That property was advertised for $100 USD per night less than this. They made us pay them (Trevi) and then put us in a cab and sent us to the other location. They then also billed me for our stay. The new place had NO hot water and was in a terrible area. Do not book here. There are so many wonderful places in Rome, don't get ripped off like we did.

Ideally located 2mins from Fontana do Trevi, very friendly staff, they booked are taxis to come and to go, spacious room and bathroom, retro style property, family friendly, WiFi extremely slow and sometimes no signal, one attempt to use the tv just for the fun of it was not successful but did not want to spend more time investigating. Highly recommended to families

We liked nothing. The hotel room they put us into which wasn’t what we booked was filthy , almost falling down in parts ,paint peeling ,and worse was the shocking mould on bathroom walls. So disgusting we spent hours on the phone with Expedia to get us out of hotel as they had already taken our 6 day fees and would not refund anything. Finally a change to a reasonable room was agreed on next day albeit an a/c unit so loud we could not sleep. . A cheaper room than what was paid for but at least an attempt was made to keep it reasonably clean. The photos on site were misleading to say the least. Whilst one staff member was quite cheerful others were objectionable and in one case just plain dirty and smelly. We would never stay at this hotel ever again

Fabulous location for shopping, dining and sight seeing. Very friendly staff. Beautiful spacious hidden gem with old Italian charm, 2 floors, multiple showers perfect for friends travelling together and a bonus outdoor terrace area.
