I found the actual apartment very adequate and clean. They provide complementary slippers, along with a separate kitchen area outside the rooms that has a fridge, oven, and coffee maker. The AC worked well and kept the room very cold. Although, you need to check-in before arriving at the apartment as there is no front desk and they need to send you the details. This apartment is also located right next to the train station so is more in a touristy area/busy with hustlers, some homeless, and shops catering to tourists. Wasn't always sure about walking in this area alone at night but it is also a big tourist city and not located in a very residential area so that is to be expected. It is in a central area to the city so you can walk to many attractions or use public transport which is pretty well connected, just not the cleanest.

The location to the train station is perfect as it is directly across the street. The conditions outside are awful, very dirty and very busy. I will say though that you can't hear any noise in the room. Luggage storage just steps away from room which was nice and handy. Room felt damp and had a smell.Bed was comfortable.

The property is very clean, bed set is good, water is hot, kitchen is nice and in great location. Shower room is a bit small (2X2) due to limited space. The room can have a bigger table to help traveler manage stuff easier.

I had an incredible stay at Voyager House! The accommodations exceeded my expectations in every way. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from vibrant attractions. The interior was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and fully equipped with everything needed. The host's exceptional communication, warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations made all the difference. Voyager House truly felt like home away from home! The cozy bedrooms, spacious living areas and wonderful outdoor spaces made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended! I'm already looking forward to returning!

The room was clean, and ok for a one-night stay. It is tiny, and the shower if for Versace models, not for people of regular size. I'm 6', 190lbs, and barely fit in there. If you are 20 lbs heavier, you will need to wash one leg at a time. The lift is quirky, but that is fairly common in old Europe. Just have patience closing and re-closing the door, and it will eventually move. The biggest issue is the price. I am in Europe pretty much every year, and I'm familiar with prices in Rome, Florence, Paris, Berlin, etc. C'mon, you charge a price for a room, and provide a big closet for them to stay. Messages sent on the app are answered by a virtual assistant. I'm fed up with this. I will not stay there again.
