Disliked: Check-in, communication
The booking was made the day prior, due to another property owner cancelling from maintenance problems. I contacted the host on the departure day before leaving by train, but they did not answer. When we were close to arriving by train, they answered only to inform me that the only acceptable check-in time had already passed, and that check-in would not be possible. This was very disappointing, and I was able to arrange a refund through Vrbo customer service after the host refused to make alternate arrangements despite my contact before travelling. I do not recommend booking with this host.
