The staff were attentive, helpful, and cheerful and the food was excellent (some of the best we had in all of Italy). They offer free shuttle rides to the city with the last shuttle returning at 6:30 PM. If you’re looking for something simple, well-located, and practical for exploring Florence, this is a good option."

Our room was in their second building which faces the city street and it was loud on night. The rooms in the main building face inward and do not have this problem. When we said something to the front desk, they immediately looked to move us showing their excellent customer service."
