Rooms were spotless, bathrooms were spotless, kitchen was spotless. We did laundry and went to a nearby town for groceries and had a perfect week. "The heat is controlled by the staff and is turned on from 9-11:00pm (only) It was extremely cold ( it actually hailed in the afternoon) and I had to ask for a second comforter - in addition to the extra blanket in the closet. "
