Communication with the landlord was excellent with all our questions answered promptly. There was even a special surprise waiting for us upon our arrival. "For first half of the night someone was trying to ge into room next door that had been thrown out . Was making threats to whoever was staying in room. Went on for a few hours banging and trying to rip windows out, making threats until police came and arrested him about 1:00am. "
