"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. "This hotel was very interesting. I didn’t realize I was staying in a cabin, or a “nest” as they call it, until I actually saw it. My double bed room was small enough for one person, so I can’t imagine what a single room looks like. However, for the price I paid in London during high season, it was definitely worth it. Everything is digital. After making your reservation, you receive several emails with steps to get a QR code, which you’ll need to access pretty much everything. If your phone dies, you might be in a bit of trouble, although there always seemed to be an employee on duty. I hadn’t seen the emails while flying, so my check in took about 30 minutes until I completed all the steps. The room feels like a small ship cabin, but I had a very comfortable night of sleep. I didn’t hear any noise from my neighbors and slept very well. The bathrooms are shared, similar to a nice gym. Everything was very clean, you barely bump into other people, and it still feels private. There isn’t much space for luggage, but they offer lockers, so you can just bring what you need into your room. The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of Soho. For young or adventurous travelers, this can be a great option!"
