We loved that it was right over the water, and the easy beach access, and the restaurant on site. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size. We appreciated having kitchen amenities and a roomy balcony. NOTE: My daughter stayed in a different room on the property and her rooms weren't quite as big and she didn't have the same amenities, so all rooms here are not created equal. (hers was still nice, but not as nice as mine)

Positives : der einzigartiger Ausblick bemühtes Personal und Management ( wenn auch nicht gegenüber jedermann, wie wir wissen ) sehr geräumige Zimmer Negatives : Geräuschpegel in den Zimmern, wegen schlechter oder mangelhafter Schallisolierung ( insbesondere die Holztreppen und Holzdecken über dem Apartment ) -so weiss man immer was die Nachbarn gerade machen, auch zu den Nacht - und Ruhezeiten ! Optisches Bild der Küche ( billigste Möbel ! ) und des Balkones ( man hat auf dem Balkon den Eindruck, als wäre dieser noch im Bau befindlich, - Fliesenboden abs. mangelhaft / Installation der AC ) über drei Tage lärmende und nicht funktionierende AC ! in Teilbereichen mangelhafte Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche Fazit : das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nie und nimmer ( 112. - Euro ohne Verpflegung per Nacht ), - da kann man mehr erwarten !! Den Tauchbetrieb können wir nicht beurteilen, - nach Absprache mit anderen Gästen muss dies aber auch nicht der ' Hit ' gewesen sein ! Im Blue View wird mit sehr wenig Einsatz sehr viel Geld verdient und noch in eigener Sache, darauf lege ich Wert : Die Volieren für die von Euch ' gehaltenen ' Raubvögeln sind viel zu klein, - der offensichtliche Zustand des Seeadlers ist erbärmlich !! ........ Schade !!

We verbleven hier 7 nachten in de eenvoudige studio die compleet en eenvoudig is ingericht. Met een goed bed met klamboe, ingerichte keuken, handdoeken en strandlakens en een airco en vriendelijke medewerkers. En idd zoals te lezen is in sommige reviews is de weg er naar toe donker, zijn er geen grote supermarkten en winkels, is de WiFi soms wat matig en is er wat geluid vanuit het restaurant BUT WHO CARES! You are at the caribian! Het uitzicht, de rust, de prachtige omgeving, de mooie stranden en de zonsondergangen maken alles de moeite waard ❤️ Curacao Dus het is zeker een aanrader om naar dit mooie plekje te gaan!!

The view and sleeping to the sound of waves was worth the minor inconveniences like a lukewarm shower and having to drive 1/2 mile down road to get key for check-in. The cleanliness was questionable, as one shower towel looked liked it was used as a dusting rag. Also, i had to dust the hair and light dust/debris from my sheets and pillows. The place has ants that appear instantly and killed a medium-sized roach. Next time, i’ll stay in a newer resort with hot shower, but the location was perfect for enjoying the best beaches. Go to the grocery store before you arrive to this part of island.

Fabulous view, great overall

Overall a great stay, would highly recommend! We had some internet issues and saw a couple of cockroaches, but the apartment was very clean and had the most amazing view! The beach under the apartment is really nice to swim at, too.

Great location, so-so unit

The room is worn down, and we saw two huge cockroaches (and I mean huge). The view from the room is great, and you can hear the waves 24 hours a day! It's also located close to a number of great beaches. This is the more remote area of the island, so just beware that there are no big grocery stores for example nearby, and plan ahead.

2-Nights at Blue View Apts.

Stayed two nights there. The balcony and the view overlooking the ocean are as nice as they look in the pictures. The manager at the check-in (at Rancho Sobrino) was very friendly and helpful with guidebooks and recommendations on beaches etc. My friend was arriving late on a flight and they let me pick up the key for him. Bear in mind that the location is as far from "downtown" as you can get on the island. But there's a beach a mile or so away where you can swim with the sea turtles and it's located right by the dive/snorkel shops. So if your there for those types of things it's perfect. The rooms were basic but had a Fridge and stovetop.

Location, location, location.

The Blue View Apartments has one of the best views within feet of Playa Forti. We saw a Sea Horse and a Spotted Moray Eel at the beach. The staff was awesome and extremely helpful. Ask for matches (gas stove) and sponges (if none). There are three restaurant/bars near the Apartment. The Apt. had some old building problems that they assured us they would fix. We live in an 15 - 20 year old town home back home and are used to it. Once you understand the quirks, you create work-arounds to the minor problems and you appreciate the view. Don't forget to gas up (2 gas stations on the way) and grocery shop at Centrum (don't forget dish soap, soap, and shampoo) near the Airport before you go. This is more for those you like nature and animals because there are few restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and bars at Subana Westpunt. Also, head towards Soto b/c they are doing construction on the road near Christoffel Park. Another helpful tip - go to the Apt in the afternoon. and turn on the AC then go to the bar/restaurant and get something cold while the room cools off from the hot summer day. Last tip - You actually check in at Rancho El Sobrino not at the Blue View Apts. It probably tells you but we missed that detail. Have a great vacation!

Das Appartment ist gelinde gesagt eine Bruchbude.

Die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Als erstes begrüßten uns die dort wohnenden Kakerlaken. Wenig Geschirr und Küchenzubehör. Die Balkontür ist defekt, beim öffnen derselbigen werden die Zimmernachbarn aus dem Bett fallen. Das gleiche trifft auf die Eingangstür vom Appartment zu. Als wir angekommen sind herrschte in dem Appartment eine unwahrscheinliche Hitze. Die Klimaanlage ist ein Witz und zudem direkt über dem Bett angebracht. Diese soll ja laut Personal nur laufen wenn sich jemand im Zimmer befindet, da sie aber zu wenig kühlt dauert es Stunden bis es im Appartment einigermaßen verträgliche Temperaturen hat, so läuft sie die ganze Nacht und an Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Wenn die Klimaanlage tagsüber läuft und man nicht da ist soll man 20,00 Dollar pro Tag dafür bezahlen. Sowas ist unverschämt. Würde die Klimaanlage richtig funktionieren müsste man sie nicht Tag und Nacht laufen lassen.ES sollte aller 5 Tage ein Handtuch und Bettzeug Wechsel stattfinden, diesen Service durften wir einmal in Anspruch nehmen. Ich denke das in 2 Wochen auch zweimal die Handtücher und das Bettzeug gewechselt werden sollte. Sauberer war es hinterher auch nicht. Zur Anmerkung wir waren nicht das erste mal auf Curacao aber so schlecht haben wir noch nie gewohnt. Diese Anlage werden wir nicht weiterempfehlen Mit freundlichen Grüßen Klaus Rolle

Apartamento ótimo, fiquei no apartamento 8, que é amplo, varanda com uma vista de tirar o fôlego... Perto das praias mais bonitas de curaçao. Porém distante do centro, necessário alugar um carro. Super indico!

Traumhaftes Apartment

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in diesem traumhaften Apartment gehabt. Es ist groß, sauber und es ist alles da um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Beim Check In war unser Zimmer leider noch belegt durch eine sehr unfreundliche Deutsche die weder den Late Check Out angemeldet oder gar bezahlt hat. Man muss sich immer Häufiger für uns deutsche im Ausland schämen. Wir haben direkt ein anderes Zimmer bekommen und konnten uns nur für das Verhalten der Dame nur schämen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Relaxen und Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon

Sehr ruhige apartments mit einmaliger Sicht auf's Meer - unmittelbar am Meer. Nur 2 Restaurants in gehdistanz, die jeweils um ca. 20.30h schliessen... Nichts für "spät-esser". Generell geeignet für ruhigen Urlaub, schöne Strände mit dem Auto nach kurzer Fahrt erreichbar.

Great view but not worth the compromises needed

AC didn't work well at all and place was hot and stuffy. No free WIFI as promised. Long distance from key attractions, no stores near by. Much more remote than indicated in listing. Great view but not worth the compromises needed to stay there.

Location and view are great. You will be on the quiet end of the island. Should be looking for that if staying here. Good places to snorkel nearby, can right here also, just seemed to be too much garbage from place on the point here that was a little disappointing. Had problem with a/c on arrival and next day. Not treated greatly by afternoon staff that day -- kind of on your own here. Office staff and other staff down the road a little ways. Great to be right on the water!

The Blue View is just that.

Loved this place right on the cliff overlooking a small beach. Few amenities but not crowded and very quiet. No rental chairs or bar service if that is what you like. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Hope to return someday.

Beautiful views!

Gorgeous views, nice and quiet side of the island. The only qualm I would have is that the AC is weak, and there were several large cockroaches. I'm from Chicago so I know large roaches, these were enormous.

Das Studio selber ist recht einfach, das Badezimmer leider muffig und voller Mücken. Da man sich dort aber nur selten aufhält und der Balkon alles toppt, kann man das gut verschmerzen. Die Putzfee hat jedenfalls alles gegeben.
