We welcome you to our spacious "Villa Gioia****", located in La Rivière Saint-Louis. This welcoming villa designed for 8 people is ideally situated for you to recharge with family or friends.



New and modern accommodation (built in 2021)

Large garden with heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, pétanque court and barbecue

HOUSING:



A large, bright living area shared between a friendly space and a TV corner (smart TV and internet connection with fibre).

A fully fitted and designed kitchen for your stay, with all crockery and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. At the back of the kitchen, you will find a storeroom including a washing machine and iron.

A play area with a table football and children's games. (Board games, badminton, petanque boules available)

A first family room adapted to PMR standards and equipped with a king-size bed, air fan and storage space. It opens onto a private bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer.

A second family room, upstairs, configured in the same way as the first, with its own bathroom. It also has a large dressing room and a balcony with a 180° view of the garden, Piton des Neiges and the swimming pool.

Two rooms each equipped with two single beds, air fan and storage space.

A third bathroom with bathtub, two washbasins and hairdryers.

A large garden with terrace, a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, petanque court and barbecue.

Maison agréable, assez proche des commerces mais il faut malgré tout un véhicule. Chambres spacieuses, pièces à vivre également. Piscine agréable. Un miroir en pied serait appréciable dans la chambre du bas, il faut monter à l étage pour se voir en entier.

Cette villa n'a rien à envier à la plupart des locations de la côte ouest de l'île

Je recommande tout particulièrement cette villa si la proximité de la mer n'est pas un point bloquant: en effet, il s'agit d'une très belle villa, bien équipée, spacieuse où on se sent tout de suite à son aise. Par ailleurs, avec la grande piscine à proximité, on se sent vraiment en vacances. Un dernier point, concernant l'accès, il vaut mieux grandement passer par St Louis que par Pierrefonds et la route menant à l'Entre-Deux. Comme amélioration, un voilage, ou bien des stores pour le salon et éventuellement la cuisine, serait un plus.

Super séjour dans la villa Gioia, très propre, bon literie. Villa comme sur les photo. Les enfants ont passé un bon séjour avec les jeux laisser pour eux. Un petit bémol pas de clim dans les chambres surtout celle de l'étage. Il fesait trop chaud la nuit malgré le ventilo

Logement grand et spacieux, idéal pour grande famille. Par contre le bruit dans la rue avec les chiens qui aboient toute la nuit horrible car il fait chaud et toute les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Prévoir une arrivé au logement en fonction de l’arrivé du vol. Ne pas facturé des lits bébé et une chaise haute à ce prix là très très chère vous exagérez beaucoup.

Séjour agréable

Vous avons apprécié la configuration de la villa avec 2 vrais chambres parentales. Beaucoup d'espace de jeu pour les enfants. La piscine malgré un petit désagrément que KEYLODGE a su faire face en nous apportant des réponses rapidement grâce au système de "chat's" en ligne. Pour la villa il faudrait vraiment que le jardin potager voisin soit séparé par une clôture et qu'il y ait un brise vue au niveau de la piscine. Il faudrait aussi des parasols au niveau de la piscine et un éclairage à côté du barbecue.
