Charmante villa familiale sur les hauteurs de la Bastide, au pied de l'Estérel et de ses multiples ballades. Vue mer, sur la baie d'AGAY. Vous aurez à votre disposition tout le nécessaire pour profiter sereinement de vos vacances. Possibilités randonnées dans l'Esterel, bord de mer, VTT . Equitation, Golfs (Valescure). Base nautique (voile, canoë, puddle, kayak ....) 2 km- Tennis- Ecole du Cirque à Agay et centre commercial à 1 km. Promenade en bateau vers St tropez ou Cannes Iles de Lerins. Villa tout confort. Villa climatisée.

Relaxing and quiet holiday.

Arrived outside the gated entrance to the residential area but had been given no information on access/check in etc. Thankfully the Property Manager was excellent but had no idea we were arriving.(VRBO Issue). Property has no sheets or towels - ridiculous! Again the manager helped us but beware...Well appointed kitchen, nice outside sitting area but there are close neighbours...No Internet...in 2022? Not good.. Also no English speaking TV channels. Overall, it's a nice property in a nice area which could be lovely with some TLC (tender loving care!)
