"I was expecting a little more from the room. It looked like my bed was recently broken as there was no headboard but I could see the outline on the wall where the headboard was. The bed also felt like it was broken because it dipped a lot in the center. It’s very noisy where this hotel is located. Since there is no AC I needed to open the window but it’s very noisy outside. "

"We enjoyed our time! Take advantage of the free wine. You get two glasses per guest every night. We didn't know it was for each night! Lol I wished the sauna and cold plunge were free. It was a bit pricey, we loved that it was a dog friendly hotel. Enjoy the amenities, the beautiful view and beach access. We will return again for sure."

"Very convenient. Nice breakfast. Parking good. Ours was covered and close to car. Affordable for Carmel. We did not need it, but did notice there was no A/C in our room. It never got above the high 60s at the beginning of May. Not sure how the summer would be though. Would definitely definitely return, if not hot. There was a market/Deli right next to the hotel which was extremely convenient for quick meals or snacks and drinks."

"The Fireplace added charm to the visit. The Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The dining was top-notch. Especially appreciated the breakfast offerings served by gracious and responsive staff."

"Expensive but worth it. The Suite and Spa were just we needed to feel like we had a bit of a break. Falling asleep with the sound of the waves and waking up to a beautiful sunrise was something few hotels can offer."

"Room was clean and staff helped upgrade my room so I can stay close with the rest of my party. However my friend’s room bath started leaking. Not sure if it got fixed by the time we left. Property is very relaxing"
