## Neighborhood

Located 5 min away from Sallanches city-center, you will access easily to the shops, restaurants and animations of this charming mountain city. Both in summer and winter, numerous activities will be accessible by bus or car : Combloux ski runs in 20 min, a lot of lakes including Illettes lake in 10 min, hiking trails on foot or bicycles… Chamonix is also located 25 min away, where you will be able to discover the Mer de Glace and l’Aiguille du Midi.
