Location chosen for the area being mostly flat, near to Faro 2 which although in decline still has two very good restaurants, and a handy supermarket. short walk to bus stops that can take you to most places on the island, reasonably priced. Mini market on site fresh bread rolls every day. All the staff we met were marvellous, Housekeeping first rate. The complex is nice and quiet, Pool was lovely and not at all crowded. Maite at the Pool Bar provides an excellent service, makes a super pineacolada, and some lovely food. Room was basic with limited utensils in the kitchen, TV was only in Spanish or German, and the beds where very firm, but the girls keep the room immaculately clean. Hope they can do something about the beds and well be back.

La limpieza excelente. lo único mucho calor, las camas duras y las almohadas casi ni un dedo de grosor ...del resto atención personal excelente ,piscina exlente nos encantó creo que si invierten un poquito y ponen colchones nuevos y almohadas ....será una maravilla.

Mooi kleinschalig vakantiepark. Rustig gelegen, niet ver van ov bussen en supermarkt. Mooie wandelroute naar het strand en de duinen. Bungalow prima voor twee personen.

I had a very nice stay at Tara. As others has written, it is very quiet and a easy place to stay. The apartment was nice, clean, perfect for a couple or a single traveller. Kitchen had no oven or micro. No, its not close to everything, but what in Playa del Ingles or Maspalomas is? Taxi is very easy, and the resort staff was helpful wiht ordering. I never paid more than 4.5 Euro for a ride. If you want, you can easy have a sunbed by the pool, and you can by drinks and easy food form the nice woman in the poolbar. Nearest restaurant and supermarket 10 min walk, Yumbo or beach is half hour walk. Also nice with the small shop in the reseption. Terasse ca 10-12 m2 I think, and have two sunbeds. Kind, discrete and helpful staff. I surely recomend this place.
