"Had an issue with our first room, communicated the issue and we were upgraded to a suite and the staff were so nice! Everything is walking distance, the amenities were perfect especially with a three year old! The park down the street was a hit! Breakfast was great as well. Definitely recommend if you have children!"

"The ac and bathroom fan were really loud. Hotel landscaping could use updating or maintenance. It is described as quaint but it is just old. Positive side it is a block from the beach and across from the Coronado Hotel"

"The location is wonderful for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was a little odd checking into the house. Fortunately, another guest showed us around and helped us with the process. This might have been my fault. I may have missed an email regarding the check in process. Our room was very clean. It was a little small. And didn’t need all of the extra furniture. The lodge was very quiet and our bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good and parking was easy. Appreciate the use of the beach chairs."
