There was a domestic disturbance and I notified the front desk and he did nothing about it. Seven minutes later, the window was shattered next to our room. My daughter and I were terrified, and I had to dispatch the police myself. We had to pack up quickly close and leave in fear. Now they’re fighting giving me a refund even though we couldn’t stay there due to safety issues-We had to find and pay for another hotel at midnight. I would give them zero stars or negative stars if I possibly could. It’s astounding the corporations wonder why they lose market share? It’s because their minimum wage managers refuse to give refunds to the good, quiet and frequent travelers with a valid argument for why the refund is warranted. Not only will I never stay at this hotel chain again I will tell everyone I know not to either either. I’m also unhappy with how Expedia handled the situation situation.
