Not a good experience. Hotel staff was arrogant and not well informed. Took half an hour to find my reservation. Room was very small and not very clean. Not worth the price.

We liked how close the hotel was to everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the check in clerk. He didn’t seem very friendly when we asked about an upgrade or bay view. I felt like he was not interested in upgrading us.

Very poor location. Not safe. Crack head park across the street. Don’t walk alone at night. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Especially Andrew the acting or wanna be Manager. Should be working somewhere without interacting with customers.

Terrible rude staff . Tried charging me $60 a night for parking when I didn’t even park there. Andrew the “ Manager” very unprofessional and rude. Should be a janitor no people skills. Also located across the street from a park full of crack heads

The lack of service and no availability of Microwave in my room. I had to go from 9th floor to lobby just to use Microwave. I could not get my parking validated. And staff had no reasonable answers to my concerns. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or business associates.

Check in and the facilities were great. I wish in the hotel information where it states “parking available” it could have shared that it was $68/night.

Shower heads are TERRIBLE I have stayed at Hilton properties many times before and expect better than water saving shower heads that are given free from DWP to conserve water.

Property is quet but staff are terrible giving wrong imformation we are trying to change the date of the booking person we talk to is giving us imformation going back and fourth and the end of the day they said no refund is terrible and disappointing as we travel 15 hours fligt

The surrounding area was incredibly dirty, the parking garage smells like urine and there were constanly homeless people in front of the entrance. Once inside, the hotel was nice and staff was decent
