I chose this place solely based on reviews, and it was an excellent choice. Location was fantastic. 10 min to Golden Gate and walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39! Free parking! Little noisy from outside and fridge. Overall it was a great 2 nights stay.

The hotel was clean, the only thing I didn't like was that the people upstairs made a lot of noise on the floor above me and I heard them walking above me all night long, and I could also hear people talking and very loudly, I I couldn't sleep because of all the noise, so if you like to sleep this is not a good place to rest.

The staff here were friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a lot of noise from patrons leaving a bar a few doors down one of the nights but otherwise pretty quiet.

The motel served out purposes because of the location and the super plus of having free parking. The property is outdated and the room had a very strong smell of Clorox that attached to our clothes and luggage.

My family felt very comfortable here, and it was safe, inexpensive, and clean. Staff was very responsive. We used the one-day Muni 24-hour visitor's pass to take the bus around SF (including cable cars), and to then get a rental car the next day to drive to Muir Woods and along US-1. This hotel gave us a convenient option for both.

I read the previous reviews and they are all true. There’s free parking which is nice, the building looks old but the rooms have been renovated. It was a good price for one night. We would happily stay here again due to the parking, cleanliness and location.

It's an older property, but surprisingly nice rooms and nice beds. The bathrooms looked recently renovated. I'd definitely stay here again. The location is awesome, near great restaurants and a quick drive or walk to most touristy destinations.

The staff were kind and seemed concerned about my complaint. I left the motel room 111 on 2/3/24 because we had an unruly guest next door. From 2am until 7am she was screaming, banging the floor, and slamming doors. Her boyfriend showed up and I was close to call 911. I complained to the front desk at 0300 and he explained that he was aware of the problem. He offered to move us to a different room but that seemed to inconvenient. I’m surprised the decision to kick this lady off the property wasn’t made and for this I feel our trip was ruined. My wife is rather timid and she just wanted peace and quiet. She left the motel terrified and just felt like going home even though we had another night stay that we lost. My frustration is that I left my cell phone number since the lady at the desk stated she would give it to the manager. I thought I would receive a call but it never happened. I feel I should get my last night refunded since there was an obvious bad situation happening and nobody did anything about it. We truly were having an excellent time in San Francisco until this happened. I know it’s not the hotels fault that there’s crazy people out there but it’s poor business to ignore returning a call to probably tell me sorry no refunds. For future reference just do the right thing nothing more nothing less. Services not used should always be refunded.

Carpark is unsecured. At 2am a person was in the carpark for over an hour trying to break into people’s rooms and cars. wouldn’t stay again until carpark gates. / cameras / security installed. Rooms themselves clean and tidy and by daytime is a good location to be based from as easy to get to city etc…

I cannot sing the praises of this hotel enough and wish the staff the best. They are such nice people and do a great job running this hotel. Its a clean affordable great establishment. I was here for work and travel to SF consistently and have been appalled by many of the accommodations I have been subjected to over the years, but this place is a beautiful sanctuary to the other budget hotels in SF. I cannot recommend this place enough vs staying at one of the bed bug ridden nightmares downtown. The Marina in general is a better safer option and this place is one of the crown jewels of the Marina

I have stayed here many times for medical trips. The rooms are always clean and quiet. Customer service is great. Location is great, everything you need is within walking distance. Free parking in a parking lot. Price is great as well. Will continue to stay here in the future.
