Luxury studio just renovated. Best neighborhood in SF. Six years hosting on the major competitor's site with a 4.98 overall score with over 200 reviews.
Designer furniture, bathroom and kitchen appliances. Private use of mature garden. Keetsa king size mattress and fine linens.
The street is quiet and beautiful, but the neighborhood (Fillmore, Union, Chestnut, Polk Streets) is bustling w/ restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops to fit a wide range of budgets. San Francisco's major sights are moments away via public transport or Uber/Lyft.

The space: You will have a fully outfitted kitchen with a 2 burner induction stove top and a convection microwave. Your Subzero refrigerator has a small freezer and ice maker.
Guest access: Guests have a private entrance and virtually a private floor. The only room on the floor of the guest suite that is shared is the laundry room. I will be using or caring for the garden only during the hours that guests are out and about.
