Apartment within the walls of San Gimignano with an ancient well attached to the building.On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a living room where there is a sofa bed and a complete bathroom.A historic internal staircase (about 15 steps) leads to the upper floor where there is the complete kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dining table, TV) and the bedroom with a double bed and single bed.Free wi fi.



Important: the tourist tax 1.50 per person per night from 12 years onwards for a maximum of 5 nights applies from 1 March to 31 October and must be paid in cash on site.

Host is very responsive and upfront with property details. The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen was big. The couch was not comfortable and the shower is very small.
