Beach Dreaming
The beach front location was stunning, reminded me of Florida 20 years ago! Francisca was a fabulous hostess responding to our questions and needs in an expedient manner. I had a damaged leg and it gave me time to relax and be carefree away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Interesting property
Location and outdoor space fantastic for having a chill holiday. Never found the pool that was open in the complex (there was one but it was closed off with construction fencing, and the other shallow, maybe a wading pool, was empty). Was super quiet due to being late May which was nice! Easy walk to the beach on the Mediterranean side. The beach may look like it's right outside the door but it's not. If you are prone to mosquito bites, you may want to invest in repellent as it was extremely buggy at night, inside and out. We also ended our stay one night early as we were woken at 03:30 to cockroaches (yes more than 1!!) climbing the walls, under the bed and in the bathroom). We caught one, videoed the others for the owner. It's now been a nightmare dealing with the owner on this.

Great stay in La Manga
We had a lovely stay in La Manga. Francisca gave us very good directions and checkin was straight forward. The apartment has beautiful views and the wifi signal was very good.

Short but enjoyable stay
Great location right on the water. The owner was fantastic and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and a great patio space. Thank you for sharing your home with us Francisca!

A very cozy holiday home in perfect surroundings for a family vacation
We spent two weeks with four adults and a child (3 years) in this really nice holiday house. Communication with Francisca was super fast and friendly, she was really helpful. The house was renovated in 2018 and of course, the salty air took its price (e.g. the mirrors have a rusty edge), but it's clean and well-equipped. The kitchen is really nice, it has everything you need. Two rooms out of three have air condition, which was very helpful in September. An absolute plus is the terrace and view, the Mar Menor right in front of the terrace, and the very shallow water are great for kids. There are several restaurants, two supermarkets and two bakerys in walking distance. A few negative points that are not Francisca's fault: Due to many algae in the sea there is sometimes a bad smell and a lot of mosquitos around - using mosquito detergent is a good thing in summer ;-) Thank you, Francisca, for your this place. We really appreciated it!

Muy bien ubicado, muy tranquilo y a la vez bien comunicado. La propietaria un encanto, y un detallazo, tener calefacción, que en esta época del año, refresca por la noche y las casas de playa no suelen estar preparadas

Alles gut
Alles gut und so wie beschrieben. Kochutensilien alle vorhanden. Hervorragender Kuehl- und Gefrierschrank. Franciska erwaehnt in der Beschreibung nicht, dass ein Parkhaus am Objekt mít Parkplatz bereit steht. Ist aber gut zu wissen. Man kann zwar nicht vor dem Objekt parken, wir haben aber zum Ein- und Ausladen davor halten koennen...Die Promenádě gibt das auch fuer einen schweren SUV her und der Verwalter hatte, der stehts im Gelaende ist, hat nichts dagegen. Franciska ist jederzeit erreichbar und als es ein technisches Problém gab wurde es sofort behoben. Sehr serioeses und freundliches verhalten.!!!

Estupendo apartamento a pie del mar

Fenomenal!!!
El apartamento está situado en la mejor zona de La Manga, enl Pedruchillo. Cualquier comida tiene magnificas vistas al mar. Buen enclave, tranquilo y muy cerca cualquier tienda que necesites. Paqui, la propietaria es muy amable y atenta Yo repetiría.

No me gustó
Cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar, porque llevaron las llaves tarde. La zona del Mar menor donde está, tiene un playa que huele muy mal . La casa está al lado de un Restaurante muy concurrido, y donde hay al anochecer cucarachas en el paseo del restaurante hasta la casa. Se nos metió una cucaracha enorme en una habitación que tuvimos que inutilizar. Mi hija se despertó con hormigas grandes andando por su cara en la cama. Así que nos tuvimos que ir al 2º día, y no quisieron devolvernos el dinero.

Solo puedo decir que mi casa está en la zona más bonita de la manga que las opiniones que tengo siempre son maravillosas y que el restaurante está en la misma urbanización pero alejado de la misma. Y que mi casa es difícil encontrar días porque suele estar ocupada casi todo el año incluso en invierno. Siento que no estuvieran a gusto y prefiero no opinar
