Casa Guacalito is a secluded villa located on a prize piece of real estate fronting the the soft white sands of Playa Guacalito. Beach access is a 5 minute walk / 2 minute drive with ample parking. Playa Guacalito has calm, clear water and is an excellent spot for snorkeling, swimming and is a fun & safe beach for children. Low tide there are many rock pools and a dizzying variety of marine life. The villa affords wonderful views of the ‘La Anciana’ island and pacific ocean beyond.

***Casa Guacalito, the accommodation***
South facing Casa Guacalito is distributed over two floors. The heart of the home is downstairs comprising an atrium style hallway that accesses the kitchen, living/ dining area. The open plan living/ dining area has large sliding doors looking out on ocean views and opening up to the pool terrace. The pool terrace is comfortably furnished giving plenty of places to lounge while enjoying glistening ocean views. The orientation of the villa allows for the prevailing winds to flow through this area, keeping you cool in spite of the hot Nicaraguan sun. Sleeping accommodation consists of three air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms. The upstairs master suite has direct access to the balcony which runs the width of the house. Downstairs there are two further bedrooms including a junior suite with queen size bed and kids room with four bunk beds.
