"We had a short family trip for 5 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of continental food. The pool is great for kids with the small water park including a bucket I enjoyed that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who travel and wants to stay in the city. The free shuttle to old San Juan, the Beach and T-Mobile area was the icing on the top."

"We loved staying at the Abitta. We were in the Suite in room 701. We loved the balcony, huge room sizes, big and comfortable king sized beds and the very large bathroom. The shower is HUGE. Only complaints would be the super small mini fridge and the need for a deep cleaning in the room. The curtains and drapes need to be washed. "We had communicated to the hotel on 2 separate occasions concerning our late arrival time which was to be about12:30 am. I was assured that someone would be there to check us in. Our taxi dropped us off on a very dark and deserted street and the door to the hotel was locked, we rang the doorbell and phoned several times but no response. We made our way up the cobbled street to another hotel, they were full but the desk clerk found us a room in another hotel and helped us get there. The next...
