"There was plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The property itself wasn’t as clean as it could be. There were some cobwebs up in the corners and the windows weren’t clean. The outside wasn’t well maintained. There was some lights that didn’t have bulbs in them. The toilet tissue holders in the bathroom were broke. One of the windows was broke as far as the mechanism to open and close it. But overall, it was a pretty great place."

"Condo unit in the Durango hills, this is an amazing location to comfortably watch the night sky, and listen to the sounds of nature, minus the occasional car speeding down the highway. Check-in was super easy and the unit was near spotless with amazing copper fixtures and plus furniture throughout. "Everything was clean and kitchen was modern well equipped. Host was easy to contact. Wild flowers and mountain scenery was beautiful. The cabin was located near a main highway but also well secluded from the noise of the highway. Wonderful time of relaxation. Hope to return soon."

"This is a beautiful home! We were in town to celebrate my daughter‘s wedding. She got married, not too far from the house, at the Riverbend Ranch. The house was perfect. We loved the views and spent a great deal of time in the backyard. Such a beautiful home."

"We had an amazing stay! There were 11 adults and 17 kiddos and it was great! Each family had their own room and the kids slept with their parents or in the living room or futon room off the hot tub deck. We had a scavenger hunt throughout the house, r/c cars down the driveway, launching into the grass. We played flag football, soccer and set up an obstacle course on the lawn. And definitely used the hot tub! It was perfect for every age group. We did a lot of hiking and went river rafting. Our only complaint was we needed a few more days! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Dalton Ranch.Very good service from VRC, check in easy, very responsive to questions and a maintenance issue.The general condition of the property is fair. The front walk is overgrown with plants on either side.The unbeatable views would be better if the the bushes on either side of the patio were cut back. They block the views to the right and left, many bees in the bush on the left.The grill is very old, rusted and sort of serviceable. Tried to grill three time, only able to light the grill twice. Need a new one.The armrest of one patio chair is unravelling, and all the cushions are very old and mostly ripped on at least one side. The sliding patio door needs care in opening and will not stay fully closed unless a stick is inserted in the track and against door.The layout of the townhouse is very good and the downstairs bedroom and bath are very nice.The property just need some TLC in order to receive five stars."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a bit warm in mid June when we arrived and the house was quite warm. There is no AC. I think if host opened windows and adjusted the blinds it would have been more comfortable upon our arrival. I was advised to look for floor fans and only found one. The other days we were able to air it out and keep the temperature comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, fridge/freezer very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was no TV in the main sitting area. The balcony has awesome views and we enjoyed sitting out there day and night to enjoy the birds, scenery and stars. When we arrived the covers for all the furniture had been blown off and there was a coating of dirt/dust that I had to remove in order to sit and enjoy. Again, if host does a quick check upon arrival, this could have been avoided. Overall I give it a 4."
