"The room was spacious with high ceilings. It was a very large space, expecially in a city center. The hotel was conveniently located to several attractions. The staff was lovely and went the extra mile by providing chocolates on Valentine's day. It was a perfect and unexpected gift. The only small issue was the speed of the lone elevator as it moved very slowly. We ended up carrying our luggage up the two flights of stairs to avoid the lengthy wait. We were well taken care of. "Lovely 4 night stay in Rome. The location was perfect - we walked absolutely everywhere. Huge thanks for the early check-in after our early morning flight from Edinburgh. Rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfy. Great selection at ​breakfast that even my girls enjoyed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel "
