The only thing that bothered me was housekeeping. There were hairs on the shower wall from previous guests and the bed sheets were not tightly made. Almost seemed like a rush job and makes me wonder if clean sheets were used. Other than that loved the staff, breakfast, parking etc.

The property is over priced for it’s dated condition. There is little sound proofing as the room’s entry door and lone window have no sound proofing and gaping seals.
The beds are overly firm and uncomfortable. The two staff members at the front desk including the manager are quite pleasant but the property is dated and mediocre at best. As we were unfortunately in position to acquire last minute accommodations, it was a roof over our heads at a now what is a ludicrous rate for such an average property. If you’re able, stay somewhere else as we will this evening.

I had called earlier in the day to see if I might be able to check in early. They said they would call me back and never did. I then arrived there an hour and a half earlier than my scheduled check in and was not able to check in early but said they would have a room ready in an hour. I left and came back an hour later and there was no room ready. Finally, an hour after my scheduled check in, I was able to check in

We didn't get hot breakfast (cuz we came out of our room at 9:05 AM). . but instead a bag with bagel with apple and water . . Not fun 👎

This was our third time staying at this hotel. We love the convenience to the college, the freeway, and to shopping. Breakfast is basic but fine, there is always coffee and tea available in the lobby, the rooms are comfortable, and the price is reasonable!

I could only give an overall rating because i was not able to stay at this property. When i checked in around 9:30pm, they had overbooked for the hotel so they sent me to TownePlace Suites in the same area. Check in was fast and staff/service at both hotels were great.
