"Clean bathroom and room with comfortable beds. Included hairdryer mini fridge with juices and water and tea/coffee tray with snacks. All staff were welcoming friendly and helpful. Good gym facilities. Great location nearby metro station and walking distance to main attractions. Pharmacy and supermarket nearby and amazing ice cream parlour on the same street. Staff were very helpful providing restaurant recommendations."

"Just checked out this morning. Nice room decor and clean. Beds were very comfy with nice pillows. Quiet at night. We stayed feb 01 to feb 08 and feb 13 for 1 night before flight home. We had breakfast included, which was very good. My only problem is that breafast ends at 10 on weekdays and when we are on vacation we like to take our time in am so it was a bit of a pain. My issue, not theirs. . We really liked the lobby, it was nice to sit there and have a coffee after a long day touring. One thing that really impressed me was that i got a phone call when i was at the airport going home, saying that i left some cash in my safe. It was too late for me to go back and it was only $35 but they called me to let me know. That was cool. Hubby wants me to rebook Doubletree next year, and i agree."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel in Rome while celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely with plenty of choice. Everything made our stay feel relaxed and special. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it."

"This is a great hotel for the value. The room was pristinely clean and the beds are so comfortable! The adjustable option with massage is a nice touch. Everyone saying the area is sketchy has clearly never stayed in a big city before. It was fine and being a 3 minute walk from Termini is so convenient. There were several great restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well. Very nice stay overall."
