"This is a beautiful hotel, with excellent service staff and amenities. Really enjoyed the omelette bar and roomy, elegant breakfast room. The suites are spacious and quiet."

"I left my shaving kit in room 160 when I checked out this morning. So thankful that I received a call from the front desk to tell me they have it. It contains prescription medications so I need to get it back. On my way back to AZ I will again stay at your hotel and will pick it up when I stay there around Jan 2nd or so. "I was a little disappointed in the staff the night staff because they could let us jump in the pool at least for half an hour they've done it before but anyway the staff during the day are excellent they are really good they remember us and they treat us very good .The night crew manager was not as welcoming as the day manager. We've stayed here alot in the past,and this is our favorite spot when we come to Albuquerque. Honesty, I wasnt very happy with the way the gentlemen that i assume was the manager treated us,the guy who was checking us in was much better considering he was fairly new 🤔. I wasnt going to stay here no more,but the morning manager remembered us and treated us so i didnt let the gentlemen front the ceck in ruin t."

"Love this Hotel, amenities are abounding. My 3rd stay here, and it's been immaculate and comfortable every time. Fyi, The pool (seasonal) faces the mountains, absolutely stunning. Staff are efficient and kind. Spa is wonderful too, in a beautiful building next to the hotel."
