San Remo. Luxurious apartment ideal for a family or group of young people who love comfort and tranquility. Located 1 km walk from the sea, about 5 minutes by car from the center, convenient to the motorway, connected to France.

The accommodation has been recently renovated, comprising: living room with kitchenette, super-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ice machine, large fridge, all New); 2 bedrooms, in bedroom n.1 there is a large comfortable double bed with a memory form mattress; in bedroom n.2 there are 3 single beds. Each room is equipped with TV, air conditioning and has access to the balcony.

In the living room there is a nice sofa bed in front of the TV with Netflix, Disney and other accounts.

In the bathroom you will find all products for a relaxing emotional shower, bidet, toilet and the latest generation washing machine.

Private parking. Electric gate. Shortcut to the sea. A few minutes from the hotel you will find the 24h supermarket, restaurants, bars, the seafront cycle path.
