The 11m², covered balcony looks to the east towards the Bay of Cala Millor, but also releases the view of the mountains in the west in the back. With great attention to detail, the bright apartment stylish is set up according to the motto 'Modern Purism meets Belle Époque'. The double bed in the bedroom is 180 x 200 cm (separate mattresses) and the living room couch is extendable (approx. 150 x 200 cm) - the apartment offers space for 3 people.
