I didn't like fact when I checked in walking in with cane the person who checked me in offered me a room on the Second Floor and they have no elevator when I picked a room on the bottom so i was really confused when you chose this place online states they have breakfast and a chef for food and that was inaccurate they did not have that at all the Temperature in the Shower was Terrible I burnt myself then it went from hot to cold back in forth for more then 30 mins Terrible and at 9 am they were Vacuuming cleaning the room next door and was woken up so over it was a Terrible experience I reported to the desk staff and like nothing they said okay thanks Terrible.

Hello Virginia, We apologize for any confusion upon check-in. The room you had originally booked was on our lower level, however, on a side of the building that does have a stairwell. This room type is limited and unfortunately all we had available at the time. Additionally, we are not sure where you are seeing the options for breakfast, this is closed due to our ongoing renovation and is scheduled to complete by September; it is not listed on Expedia.

When we booked this hotel, it was for an outrigger paddle race. It was 10 mins from our race venue and the main restaurants, so it’s in a great location. My issue is the “false advertising”. Online the hotel was advertised as being this very fresh, new, and aesthetic place to stay. The hotel is great, but we were put in an old, outdated room. I.e. all the carpet, tiles, etc. were brown and outdated. When we arrived we were informed they were going through remodeling. Which is totally fine! But, they shouldn’t post those pictures of the rooms and what they “will” look like, then put you in a room that’s nothing like it. It just seems like we paid a lot for a room that wasn’t that great. Overall, we had a great stay, with no issues.

It didn't live up to expectations. The room was dirty and old. There was no hot water.. The walls were so thin you can hear everything going on in the room next door. The showerhead fell off in the middle of a lukewarm shower. Never again!

The property is very well located to shopping, groceries such a s Whole Foods, Traders, Bristol Farms. The mall is across the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in a room that has not been renovated but was clean and comfortable right off of the pool and hot tub. I look forward to staying there in the renovated section next time.

This property is being remodeled and our room was nice, however we had some kind of leak coming from the closet area, and there was a large gap under our door at the bottom that was perfect for bugs and cold air to get in. The worst was our neighbors, 5-6 loud drunks both nights and the hotel did nothing for us. They were going strong after 1 am. Hotel response was well,you booked with Expedia and we can’t do anything for you. Not happy as these drunk asshats were slamming doors and yelling. Called the desk twice on Saturday night, I would have been happy if they would’ve thrown us out for complaining and giving us our money back. Instead nothing happened to these kids, we lost sleep and apparently their hands are tied. DON’T BOOK THSI PLACE, THEIR RESPONSE SUCKS AND IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THEY DON’T CARE IF YOU CAN’T SLEEP BECAUSE OF OTHER GUESTS. I am really not happy with the hotel response and I don’t know what Expedia will do. There is a nice courtyard and we had 2 chairs and a little table but our F’ing neighbors were using during the night and then up at 7:30-8:00 sitting on our patio.

We wanted to book somewhere that offered breakfast as we had a lot going on and that would’ve been one less concern. We were disappointed to find out at check in that breakfast service was suspended due to construction. It would have been good to know ahead of time. Lani at the check in counter was great though, and she recommended we go to Jeannine’s which was excellent! Accommodations were nice and very clean. I would’ve said great except taking a shower at night was a pain due to the automatic light that kept going off at short intervals while we showered.. Couldn’t find a way to override the sensor, so we had to stick our wet arm out to turn the light back on each time i, and then deal with wiping the floor dry after. Ugh! The staff was really great and the place was nice and conveniently located so we enjoyed our stay despite the hiccups.

This is an older property so the walls are really thin. The first room we got was next to a room where someone had a chronic cough. Although they were booked solid, the front desk manager changed our room and moved our bags while we were out for dinner which was really considerate. We had a good nights sleep and the bed was actually pretty comfy. If you’re looking for clean accommodations for a moderate price, I would recommend this venue.

They tried to put me in a small, substandard corner room. Then they put me in an identical room at the opposite end of the hall. Third time got me a room that was almost standard, and i gave up

Room was clean but a bit rikkety. Breakfast not being offered even though it was included with the booking. They offered a coupon from the nearby Dennys but the receptionist didn’t know how much the discount was. Good location for our purposes but not very close to the beach. Overall good value for money compared to other hotel prices in the area.

I often stay at this hotel when in Santa Barbara. I come here abit 3 times a year. It is super close to everything. Staff is so pleasant. It has very large rooms and all rooms center around the pool area.

This was very good for the price of the room. The pool was nice and the area was very very safe. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and very convenient. If given the chance and I am up in Santa Barbara again, I would gladly stay there.
