There was absolutely no parking for the rental. Terrible neighborhood. There was no air conditioning in the unit .

TERRIBLE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My friends and I booked this location about a month in advance - it was Memorial Day weekend and we were visiting for a weekend. I chased the owner down the day before to get the check-in information, no response. Day of check-in were late for the rehearsal dinner because we can’t contact the owner and enter the property. I call VRBO who eventually gets in contact with him, and he last minute decides he doesn’t want to rent the place that weekend anymore and CANCELS ON US. He cancelled AFTER check-in, leaving us stranded. Do not trust!!!
