"This is my second time staying here and its always a great experience. Very beautiful property nice pool and great location. However i did have an issue with the bartender, he seem really rude to people who were non Spanish speaking. He waited around to serve me and never put my food order in, although everyone else order came in time. After speaking with management they did accommodate me and not charge me, but stuff like that takes away the joy from your experience. Other than that minor detail i always have a great stay!"

"The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff is helpful and most of them are bilingual. The pool was beautifully kept and there are always people there such a good vibe. There is so much to do in the area you do not really need to rent a car unless you plan to travel the island. The hotel is not on the beach but beaches are close by. Make sure to get your breakfast included they have a nice breakfast buffet if you do not get it as part of your package it is $40.00 per person. An easy walk to the TMobil district building and you have a great selection of bars and restaurants even a cigar lounge. Check in =Easy Check Out=Easy Room Service=was good for one of those tired nights All in All it was an excellent stay"

"Could use some updating but overall, we had a great time. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Be prepared to spend some money if eating at the resort. It’s a little expensive but nice size portions. The bodega and restaurant right outside the resort were lifesavers. It was not overly crowded which was nice and the weather was great. We were able to find secluded chairs along the ocean at night which was really nice. All in all we came back refreshed which is exactly what we needed. Shout out to Walter at the pool bar! He was so nice! We loved interacting with him and it really added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you! Parking is expensive and there is an additional daily resort fee, so keep these in mind when planning your trip."
