Billig, deutlich alt
Ofen defekt, Spülmaschine defekt, Duschbrause abgenutzt, keine Klimaanlage, sehr muffelige Räume und sehr unattraktive Umgebung mit viel Schmutz und überall Gewächsplantagen, schrecklich. Spülmaschine sollte am ersten Tag repariert werden, nach 3 Wochen immer noch nicht.

Eine Perle im Wind :-)
Gemütliche, saubere und preiswerte Wohnung mit uriger Treppe zur gemeinschaftlich genutzten Dachterrasse (auf der außer uns nie jemand war). Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Wenn wir Wünsche gehabt hätten, hätte sie die bestimmt erfüllt. Wer in Pozo eine Unterkunft bucht, sollte den Wind mögen. Er ist immer präsent - wie auch das Meeresrauschen. Dafür kann man den Surfern bei Ihren Kunststücken zusehen; denn der Weg zum Meer ist kurz. Wenn Reisende auch nur halbwegs gut zu Fuß sind, klappt alles bestens. Wer etwas wackelig auf den Beinen ist, sollte vielleicht ein anderes Quartier in Betracht ziehen: die Treppen sind eng, und man muss ein bisschen üben, sich dort nicht den Kopf zu stoßen. Wie es eben so ist in alten Gemäuern. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen - perfekt für 2 Personen! Vielen Dank & viele Grüße WM & BG

Schönes Apartment, leider etwas baufällig
Wir waren sehr gern in Pozo Izquierdo und würden auch gern wieder kommen. Das Apartment ist gut gelegen und hat auch 2 Tapas Bars fußläufig, die beide sehr gut sind. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Leider ist die Beschreibung der Wohnung missverständlich gewählt. Die große Sonnenterrasse, mit der geworben wird, ist nicht Teil der Wohnung, sonder liegt ein Stockwerk drüber und wird mit den anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt. Das Haus hat 4 Parteien, wobei die 4. Wohnung ganz oben nicht fertig ausgebaut ist. Zu dieser gehört die Terrasse. Das Apartment, was wir gemietet haben, hat keine Terrasse, sondern nur einen kleinen Essraum mit 2 Fenstern zum Meer. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und sehr bestimmt. Was ich schade fand, ist dass ich mich mit ihr direkt auseinander setzen musste (und auf Spanisch!) - Ich habe FeWo Direkt kontaktiert als es zwei Probleme während des Aufenthaltes gab und das wurde nicht gelöst, sondern an die Vermieter weitergeleitet, die dann morgens vor meiner Tür standen und mir sehr resolut auf Spanisch erklärt haben, dass sie nichts ändern werden. Das war enttäuschend und unangenehm. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass ich als Urlauber aus der ganzen Diskussion herausgelassen werde und alles über die Agentur geregelt wird. Aber das war leider nicht der Fall, obwohl man sich nach außen hin als Vermittler ausgibt.
