"The hotel location is great! Many different stores nearby and great places to eat at walking distance."

"The room was clean, but the beds were very stiff … definitely a "love it or hate it" situation depending on your back. It’s a functional choice for an overnight flight, but let's be real: the entire business model relies on you paying for the location. Unfortunately, because i had a layover, I was stuck paying that premium just to be close to the terminal and since the location is so convenient, the property doesn't feel any pressure to invest in decent mattresses, pillows, or basic comforts. Their version of "hospitality" begins and ends at the front door, and they certainly squeeze every cent out of that advantage. For the same price, I could have stayed at a top-tier hotel in Polanco with a full breakfast and an actual interest in guest satisfaction. It’s a shame that when you're transit-bound, and looking for convenience it almost always has to mean "overpriced and uncomfortable.""

"I would suggest a little more efficiency and punctuality with the transportation to the airport. The receptionist told us they transport every 30 min to the airport which is not true only if there is a certain amount of people they will authorize a drive."
