Experience the opportunity to be the first to stay in and provide a review of this freshly renovated unit. Under the new ownership, extensive updates have been made to enhance the overall quality of the unit. They installed new flooring in all three bedrooms and the unit is freshly painted. Additionally, they installed a new refrigerator, upgraded the lighting, added several new pieces of furniture, including custom-made bunk beds in the hallway niche, and replaced the mattresses. The spacious patio offers a serene spot to savor a morning cup of coffee in the shade or bask in the afternoon sun while listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls coming from the 3 tier pool.


Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

This beautiful three-bedroom and three-bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining, and kitchen area.

The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops with marble back splashes, a gas stove, and Kitchen appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The poolside patio has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach Highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is located on the bottom floor which makes getting to the pool and beach so much easier and also being able to leave beach toys etc on the patio was essential for our family. Our older kids could go swimming while we were getting dinner ready and we could still see them. The ice machine and fitness center are also very close. The condo is spacious and beautiful. We loved the added bunks in the hallway. The kitchen was well stocked with the exception of coffee filters and a broom. We purchased these items and left for the next guests! We will definitely stay here again!!

As a matter of fact we’ve already booked this unit for next year.Fantastic location! Being on the ground floor is a game changer. It was nice being able walk off the patio and head to the beach or pool. The condo was furnished nicely and all the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the mini fridge came in handy. The unit was very clean and well taken care of. The only thing I could complain about would be the bed pillows. They were all too fluffy, thick, and uncomfortable. We’ll bring our own next year. Box fans or oscelating fans in each room would have been a nice touch too. Management was great, easy to work with and responsive! Would definitely recommend this unit.

No room on the beach in front of Adagio

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year in a row at Adagio. We have always rented through , but they did not have any units available for our preferred week. No big deal, we are very familiar with the property, so we just booked directly with Adagio. This condo was not in anywhere near the condition that our previous 3 stays were. There was just a lot of deferred maintenance (chairs wobbled, chips in the sheetrock, door stops broken from the wall, blinds broken, etc.). Everything was functional, just not well cared for. Also, the cleaning was sub par. We washed all of the dishes before we used them. Everything dish/pot/pan that we pulled from the cabinets were dirty. The biggest disappointment this year though was that Adagio has allowed La Dolce Vida to take up the entire beach with umbrellas. We bring our own chairs and umbrella, and we had to go TWO PROPERTIES over to setup each day. I emailed Scott at Adagio to share photos with him the first day, and he never responded. (I also emailed him to let him know that all of the dishes were dirty and he never responded either). We were actually asked to leave the beach in front of the adjacent property when we setup there the first day. I think that Adagio has ruined the beach experience by allowing the rental company to cover the entire beach. I wish that I could post photos of the beach here. It has never been like this in the past. If the number of rental umbrellas allowed on the beach doesn't decrease next year (hopefully there is a contract to be renegotiated), we will stay at another property. I'm also disappointed that my emails to Adagio management were unanswered.

Nice but a little shabby
