Lovely hotel with great amenities and options for eating out nearby. Swimming pools useful and breakfast is good. There are some walks from hotel as well.

The location is excellent for both the town and restaurants around the Lido area. Everything went well and we enjoyed the hotel. After 5 visits to Funchal over the last 5 years it was probably the best that we have stayed at. The hotel is quite old, but well maintained. It is starting to show its age, with small defects, that didn’t affect the stay but are noticeable. The room had a kitchenette which was very useful.
