Beautiful detached villa (second line of the sea!) with a large plot (approx. 750m2) in Es Forti / Cala d'Or with sea view!
Bay with sea access directly opposite and to the romantic sandy beach Des Pou with chiringuito only 2 minutes on foot (honest distance!). Restaurants, supermarket, doctor etc. 4 minutes walk.
You can reach the stylish Marina Cala d'Or on foot in a relaxed 8-10 minutes.

The house has on the ground floor a large, open plan, fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear terrace with an electric grill and sitting area, perfect for a refreshing breakfast.
Spacious, very bright living room with dining area for 8 people and a cozy fireplace.
On this level you will find two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom, each very modern.

The external stairs lead to the separate apartment on the upper floor with bedroom, also with air-condition, bathroom and spacious kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. Spacious terraces, partially covered - enjoy the great view with an aperitif.

The living room on the ground floor opens to the chic covered outdoor seating area by the own illuminated pool (approx. 7 * 4m). On the terrace there is also a modern, luxurious dining area for 8 people. The gas grill with paella pan invites you to cook together.

The beautiful garden includes lawn and great plants, from beautiful Mallorcan palm trees to cactus beds.

Our house is spacious, bright and cozy in a relaxed beach house style. The equipment is complete with e.g. WIFI, TV, Apple_TV, SONOS Bluetooth speaker, grill, etc.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, you won't need a car! No matter whether sea bay in front of the house or beautiful sandy beach barely 200 steps away with a very nice beach bar. Many restaurants / bars / ice cream parlors, supermarkets etc. in a family-friendly atmosphere can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The stylish Marina Cala d'Or with many restaurants is just 8-10 minutes away on foot, from there it goes seamlessly to the town center with other innumerable restaurants.
A tourist train almost leads from the house via the marina to the village, if you want to avoid the walk.

By car you are in less than 5 minutes in the beautiful fishing village of Porto Petro with a number of unusual restaurants.
Countless beaches, beautiful villages such as Santanyi and golf courses can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
Palma airport about 45 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: During low season November until April - many shops and restaurants are closed in the area so choice is very limited.

Highly recommend this beautiful property!

We visited as a family (with two 18- and 20-year-old boys and a 20-year-old girl), and it was perfect for us. The separate apartment above the main property provided a wonderful bit of privacy—ideal for families with older children, but it would also be fantastic for those with younger kids.The house and apartment are both equipped to a very high standard and were spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the detailed information sent prior to our stay was incredibly helpful.We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning!

Fantastic Villa

Perfect villa for holiday with our friends

The villa was perfect for us with an excellent location near to beach and restaurants but still in a peaceful area. The villa was well equipped and a lovely place to just chill out when we were not out enjoying the beach, marina, beach bar or one of the many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Checking in was very well organised and communication with the owners throughout the whole booking process was very prompt and helpful

Fabulous Villa

Stunning

A very nice house, great location, very good facilities and extremely individually and lovingly furnished. The beautiful, well-kept garden and pool invite you to relax with plenty of seating. We particularly liked the large dining table outside, where we could all fit comfortably. We really enjoyed it and had a great week.

Just Perfect

We are a family of 4 adults and stayed at this lovely Villa for a week and it was just perfect. Quiet location but just a very short walk( 5mins) to the centre with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach also within a short distance. Decor and furnishings made it feel like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and one of the most well stocked kitchens in a Villa we have stayed in. Beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean with lovely fluffy towels. The pool area with an undercover seating area was the perfect base for chilling in the sun. The pool was cleaned a couple of times we were there and it was a lovely temp. We didn’t use the barbecue as there were so many fabulous restaurants to choose from with our favourites in the Porto Petro Marina.

Fabulous villa and great location

We have just returned home having had such a lovely holiday in this stunning villa. It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean with numerous options for eating, chilling and sunbathing around the property, we felt relaxed from day one. It’s a home from home, comfy beds, fluffy towels and a well fitted out kitchen with everything you need. 5 mins walk from all the local restaurants, bars, supermarkets in Cala Egos and the pretty cove of d’es Pou with lovely beach bar and friendly staff. There is an abundance of restaurants in Cala D’Or marina (beautiful Marina) and Cala D’Or town plus the small fishing port of Porto Petro is a must (we loved restaurant Norai). The little land train around the resort is great too. Great communication from the host, always super helpful plus property manager Lynn. We will definitely return! Thanks so much Keeley.

Great time in Cala d’Or

Our stay was extremely comfortable and our holiday went by too fast that we didn’t want to leave… The house has a lovely kitchen, we were quite impressed by that. Unlike other houses, the kitchenware, china and glasses were very well assorted. It had espresso cups, pasta plates, a lot of glasses, not just four or five. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and the closets did not smell like wood. Sometimes you find houses where the closets are nice but the wood scent is too strong that you don’t want to put your clothes there. The bathrooms were big with big mirrors with big showers. It took a while for the water to get warm but once you get “acquainted” with the shower it all runs smoothly. It was quite handy to have two entrances. We mostly used the back door and walked to some of the restaurants. We definitely recommend the Casa….. and hope you will have such a nice stay as we did.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this property. It was exactly as it is in the pictures, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a home from home. The pool was perfect for a hot week in June (36), with a lovely patio area for al fresco dining. It’s a short walk into Cala Egos, approximately 5 minutes, and a short drive into Cala D’Or which has a large variety of bar’s, restaurants & shops. I cannot recommend this property enough, peaceful, modern, clean and all you could want to have a relaxing break in a beautiful location.

Gorgeous villa in easy reach of restaurants and beach.

Wonderful property and in great location. It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Lynn the property manager greeted us with thoughtful food and refreshments for a late arrival. Would definitely recommend the property and short walk to the cove to watch the sunrise is a must.
