Beautiful detached villa (second line of the sea!) with a large plot (approx. 750m2) in Es Forti / Cala d'Or with sea view!
Bay with sea access directly opposite and to the romantic sandy beach Des Pou with chiringuito only 2 minutes on foot (honest distance!). Restaurants, supermarket, doctor etc. 4 minutes walk.
You can reach the stylish Marina Cala d'Or on foot in a relaxed 8-10 minutes.

The house has on the ground floor a large, open plan, fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear terrace with an electric grill and sitting area, perfect for a refreshing breakfast.
Spacious, very bright living room with dining area for 8 people and a cozy fireplace.
On this level you will find two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom, each very modern.

The external stairs lead to the separate apartment on the upper floor with bedroom, also with air-condition, bathroom and spacious kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. Spacious terraces, partially covered - enjoy the great view with an aperitif.

The living room on the ground floor opens to the chic covered outdoor seating area by the own illuminated pool (approx. 7 * 4m). On the terrace there is also a modern, luxurious dining area for 8 people. The gas grill with paella pan invites you to cook together.

The beautiful garden includes lawn and great plants, from beautiful Mallorcan palm trees to cactus beds.

Our house is spacious, bright and cozy in a relaxed beach house style. The equipment is complete with e.g. WIFI, TV, Apple_TV, SONOS Bluetooth speaker, grill, etc.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, you won't need a car! No matter whether sea bay in front of the house or beautiful sandy beach barely 200 steps away with a very nice beach bar. Many restaurants / bars / ice cream parlors, supermarkets etc. in a family-friendly atmosphere can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The stylish Marina Cala d'Or with many restaurants is just 8-10 minutes away on foot, from there it goes seamlessly to the town center with other innumerable restaurants.
A tourist train almost leads from the house via the marina to the village, if you want to avoid the walk.

By car you are in less than 5 minutes in the beautiful fishing village of Porto Petro with a number of unusual restaurants.
Countless beaches, beautiful villages such as Santanyi and golf courses can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
Palma airport about 45 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: During low season November until April - many shops and restaurants are closed in the area so choice is very limited.

Fantastic Villa

Perfect villa for holiday with our friends

The villa was perfect for us with an excellent location near to beach and restaurants but still in a peaceful area. The villa was well equipped and a lovely place to just chill out when we were not out enjoying the beach, marina, beach bar or one of the many excellent restaurants all within walking distance. Checking in was very well organised and communication with the owners throughout the whole booking process was very prompt and helpful

Fabulous Villa

Wonderful property and in great location. It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. Lynn the property manager greeted us with thoughtful food and refreshments for a late arrival. Would definitely recommend the property and short walk to the cove to watch the sunrise is a must.

Just Perfect

We are a family of 4 adults and stayed at this lovely Villa for a week and it was just perfect. Quiet location but just a very short walk( 5mins) to the centre with lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach also within a short distance. Decor and furnishings made it feel like a home from home. Spotlessly clean and one of the most well stocked kitchens in a Villa we have stayed in. Beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and clean with lovely fluffy towels. The pool area with an undercover seating area was the perfect base for chilling in the sun. The pool was cleaned a couple of times we were there and it was a lovely temp. We didn’t use the barbecue as there were so many fabulous restaurants to choose from with our favourites in the Porto Petro Marina.

Amazing

What can I say, this villa is just amazing and can highly recommend. Myself and 5 friends stayed here for a week and loved every minute, a true home from home with everything you could possibly need. We were celebrating big birthdays and Keeley had a bottle of champagne in the fridge waiting for us to help us celebrate. Brilliant communication with Keeley from start to finish and nothing was a problem. Pool was cleaned every 2 days and gardens beautifully maintained. We had a problem with the air conditioning in the upstairs apartment and this was sorted as soon as Keeley was made aware, engineers on site the next day. Brilliant location, beach and town centre less than 5 minutes from back door. No complaints and can’t wait to go back. Loved it!!

Great time in Cala d’Or

Our stay was extremely comfortable and our holiday went by too fast that we didn’t want to leave… The house has a lovely kitchen, we were quite impressed by that. Unlike other houses, the kitchenware, china and glasses were very well assorted. It had espresso cups, pasta plates, a lot of glasses, not just four or five. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and the closets did not smell like wood. Sometimes you find houses where the closets are nice but the wood scent is too strong that you don’t want to put your clothes there. The bathrooms were big with big mirrors with big showers. It took a while for the water to get warm but once you get “acquainted” with the shower it all runs smoothly. It was quite handy to have two entrances. We mostly used the back door and walked to some of the restaurants. We definitely recommend the Casa….. and hope you will have such a nice stay as we did.

Amazing Villa, perfect location

Well what can I say…This villa met and exceeded all of our expectations. It is a stunning villa, beautifully decorated and well maintained throughout and in an ideal location. The pool, seating areas and garden areas are perfect, and again are well maintained with super views out to the sea and we loved relaxing outside in the evening when we returned to the villa. There is a wonderful rear courtyard which was lovely and cool in the mornings to enjoy your breakfast. The villa is equipped with everything we would have wished for - if not more. We would highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty local amenities all within an easy walking distance, or alternatively it is also very easily accessible to the beautiful marina and also the centre of Cala D’or. The location of the villa itself is perfect with the beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distance in Cala Egos which also hosts a lovely local craft market on a Thursday evening. Alternatively you can either walk or in our case opt to being very lazy and take a short taxi ride to the Marina or Cala D’or centre We loved our trips to the Marina and loved the Skyline Bar for the views across the Marina and (of course) the tasty cocktails 😉. We ate out every night with our favourite restaurants being Zocalo and Passion for Grilling (and the Chinese) all at the Marina. In Cala Egos Tony,s Gastrobar for their Tapas - which in our opinion we thought was the best overall for Tapas - having tried a few different restaurants throughout the resort. Overall - We had a fantastic family holiday and would love to return again. Very many thanks to Keeley for always being so responsive - both before arriving and during our holiday - and also for being so accommodating, she really did go above and beyond for us and we can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

We visited as a family (with two 18- and 20-year-old boys and a 20-year-old girl), and it was perfect for us. The separate apartment above the main property provided a wonderful bit of privacy—ideal for families with older children, but it would also be fantastic for those with younger kids.The house and apartment are both equipped to a very high standard and were spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the detailed information sent prior to our stay was incredibly helpful.We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning!

Familienurlaub mit Meerblick

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Senioren, 3 Erwachsenen und einem Teenager in diesem wunderbaren Haus und alle kamen voll auf Ihre Kosten .Die Realität übertrifft die Bilder noch um einiges. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Vor allem haben wir die kurzen Wege, sowohl zum Strand als auch zu Supermarkt und Restaurants genossen. Der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt und ist einfach nur wunderbar. Besonders möchten wir uns für die nette Kommunikation zu den Vermietern bedanken und natürlich für die super Vorort Betreuung von Carmen und LauraWir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder. Dieses Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung

Wir sind aus unserem Urlaub zurück und hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa! Die Finca war perfekt für uns als Familie. Die Kommunikation vorab war ausgezeichnet – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor Ort waren wir beeindruckt von dem wunderschönen Haus, das noch schöner war als auf den Fotos. Besonders der tolle Pool mit Blick aufs Meer hat uns begeistert – unsere Jungs wollten kaum aus dem Pool raus :) Die Ausstattung der Villa war perfekt, sogar ein Grill und mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Die Lage ist einfach spitze, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir freuen uns schon sehr, bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this property. It was exactly as it is in the pictures, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for a home from home. The pool was perfect for a hot week in June (36), with a lovely patio area for al fresco dining. It’s a short walk into Cala Egos, approximately 5 minutes, and a short drive into Cala D’Or which has a large variety of bar’s, restaurants & shops. I cannot recommend this property enough, peaceful, modern, clean and all you could want to have a relaxing break in a beautiful location.

Schöne Finka! Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht!Liebevoll eingerichtet und super Lage.Sehr gepflegt und alles sauber.Kleines Manko. Die Betten sind alle sehr weich und die untere Wohnung riecht leicht feucht und muffig. Vielleicht warten wir aber auch einfach die ersten Gäste nach der Winter Pause…Wie gesagt, alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!!!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Cala d’Or! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit, der reibungslose Check-in, die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation, und die tolle Lage. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist top gelegen, mit einem kurzen Weg zum Strand und zum Hafen. Der Garten ist traumhaft und sehr gepflegt, man hat einen tollen Blick vom Pool aufs Meer und auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Bilder in der Anzeige geben nur einen Vorgeschmack – die Realität ist noch beeindruckender. Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße, nur eine Bahn für Ortsrundfahrten verkehrt regelmäßig. Den Sportplatz der Ferienanlage die hinter dem Haus gelegen ist, ist bis ca. 23 Uhr hörbar, aber nicht wirklich störend. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, allerdings waren die Restaurants am Hafen, insbesondere die Sky Bar und das Botavara, leider nicht überzeugend. Der Service war schlecht und das Essen lieblos. Dies soll jedoch die Bewertung der Unterkunft nicht beeinflussen, sondern lediglich als Hinweis zur Umgebung dienen. Besonderes empfehlen können wir die Strandbar, die fantastische Cocktails und leckere Burger serviert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit selber wieder buchen würden!

Traumhaus

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war klasse. Es war genauso wie es auf den Bildern zusehen war und auch die Beschreibung des Hauses und die der Lage entsprachen der Wahrheit. Tolle Lage, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder Buchen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war top. Als Anmerkung: Eine einfache Filter Kaffemaschine wäre gut aber das nur als anregung.

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem grandiosen Haus. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts. Die Küche ist ganz toll ausgestattet. Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter, Schlüsselübergabe, Sauberkeit des Hauses-alles war perfekt. Die Bucht mit Sandstrand ist 5 Minuten fußläufig. Eine Bucht ohne Sand mit Leitereinstieg direkt vor der Haustür. Restaurants an der Marina fußläufig zu erreichen! Wir können nur Danke sagen, für die schöne Zeit!!!!!

A very nice house, great location, very good facilities and extremely individually and lovingly furnished. The beautiful, well-kept garden and pool invite you to relax with plenty of seating. We particularly liked the large dining table outside, where we could all fit comfortably. We really enjoyed it and had a great week.
