Lugar maravilhoso!!!

O apartamento é maravilhoso, tamanho ideal para um casal! A Antonella (proprietária) é um amor de pessoa! Um dia esquecemos a chave trancada dentro do apartamento e ela foi lá nos socorrer e ainda guardou umas encomendas para pegarmos no apartamento depois! Sensacional, sem palavras para descrever!

Muito bom, recomendo

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpeza perfeita, Quarto supre todas as necessidades, gostei muito, a nossa recepção foi muito bem recebida e tivemos apoio para o que fosse preciso, o único detalhe foi o elevador pequeno que só tinha um funcionando para 30 andares, fazia fila para subir e demorava muito, muitas vezes tive que ir pelas escadas. Mas no geral foi muito bom e recomendo.

Like basic student living

This is not a hotel, it's a residential building with 4 towers. The hotel 'reception' is an apartment. Tight space, we came across a cockroach, there was no aircon and the bathroom fan was making a really loud noise.

Cumple las expectativas para viaje de negocios.

En general para ser mi primera visita la experiencia fue buena. Lo mejor fue la ubicación, con acceso a transporte, comercios y edificios de negocios cercanos. La habitación estaba limpia y con los servicios necesarios. El edificio no parece muy moderno así que los ascensores son lentos y con poca capacidad. Además un detalle que mejorar sería tener siempre un trabajador disponible en la oficina de recepción pues tuve que esperar en el pasillo más de 15 minutos antes de poder hacer el proceso de check in. A pesar de eso la atención fue muy amable.

Hotel barato mas com localização perigosa

Muito bem localizado. Fizemos tudo a pé (gostamos de caminhar). É perto dos principais pontos turísticos. A noite é um pouco perigoso. Centro de Santiago há muito assaltos e furtos. Vimos 1 furto e um hóspede do hotel foi roubado durante a nossa estadia Chegamos as 21 no hotel. Se chegassemos 1 minuto depois não teria ninguém para nos receber. Ficam das 09 até as 21 para o check in. O quarto é bom com a cama macia demais.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Santiago

Llegamos casi a media noche y en la mesa de entrada del edificio nos habían dejado un sobre con la llave del cuarto e instrucciones para hacer el check-in el día siguiente. El poco tiempo que estuve fue todo OK incluyendo la recepción, donde sin pedirlo me dejaron estar hasta las 13:30 hs porque recién a esa hora saldría para el aeropuerto. Volvería

Localização excelente, bem no centro da cidade, não é um hotel, mas o administrador do BMB nos dá todo o suporte necessario, limpeza diaria do quarto, na chegada nos deu um mapa com todos os pontos turisticos proximos e como chegar la, andando ou de metrô. Wifi funcionou perfeitamente durante todos os dias no quarto. Quarto com tudo funcionando, fogão, microondas, frigobar (muito pequeno).

Comodo e centrale

Bell'appartamentino fornito di tutto e situato in pieno centro, a poche centinaia di metri dalla Moneda. All'arrivo bisogna chiedere alla reception del palazzo dov'è situata la reception del Bmb suites.

A localização é ótima, próximo do metrô Santa Ana. O quarto estava sempre limpo e as toalhas trocadas diariamente. Tem um supermercado na frente do hotel!

HOTEL BEM LOCALIZADO E CONFORTAVEL

Gostei muito do hotel, tem cozinha no quarto, e tem um supermercado e da pra comprar coisas para fazer no quarto. A cama muito boa, chuveiro maravilhoso. Super valeu a pena o custoxbeneficio. Indico muito o hotel.

nada comodo muy pequeño

no esta cerca de ningun metro las habitaciones super pequeñas dicen para tres y apenas es para uno todo s los servicios muy basico ,poco cordiales, cdo solicite una cochera no atendieron mi pedido, lo solucione x medio de otro alojamiento, no lo recomiendo.
