Right in the town centre

The room had a terrible view of a car park about 6 metres away. Other than that the apartment was more than adequate for a place to sleep.

Nice residential/hotel building

The stay at this location was pleasant. But note, this is not a hotel. This building is a residential building and some units are rented out as hotel units. Because of this, you don't get your room cleaned or towels changed on a daily basis. If you don't mind this, then the place is completely fine. The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. The TV is a bit small for the room, but we didn't come to Santiago to watch TV so I didn't care too much. The location is great - it's walking distance to many attractions - the center, barrio bella vista, barrio lastarria, etc. It also felt safe (the building and the area). We went out ever night, mostly walking and I never felt uneasy.

괜찮은 아파트, 형편없는 직원.

아파트 자체는 적당한 사이즈에 편안한 편이었지만 리셉션 직원이 0점입니다. 주변의 마켓이나 식당 등 아주 간단하고 기본적인 질문에도 대답하지 못하였고 심지어 제공한 지도에 호텔 위치도 잘못 표시하였습니다. 거실에 tv가 없는것도 아쉬웠습니다.

Great location, live like a local

As many others have stated, this is not a hotel. If you want to have a lobby and be able to call reception to ask your questions or order a taxi, this place is not for you. If, however, you are independent and just want a place to crash, this place is great. It's an apartment in a building where many locals live. There is a phone in the apartment though and you can always call the staff if you have any questions. The only thing is that's they're not at the location.

Muito bom e excelente localização

Gostamos muito da localização do apartamento, ao lado do metrô e a grande maioria dos passeios turísticos dá pra fazer a pé. Fica próximo ao Pátio Bella Vista, lugar cheio de restaurantes, fomos andando. O prédio é novo. Gostei muito e indico bastante.

Tämä on siis apartamentos tyyppinen majoitus. Rakennuksessa on 24 kerrosta ja meidän huoneisto sijaitsi 9:ssä kerroksessa. Soho:lla todennäköisesti on muutama huoneisto koko rakennuksessa. Sohon toimisto sijaitsee n. 300m päässä eri rakennuksessa. Saavuimme yöllä 3.30 ja meidän avain oli valmiina kirjekuoressa. Huoneen oven avattua lievä homeen haju. Suihkussa lämpimällä vedellä tosi huono teho. Mielestäni tällä rahalla saa parempaa majoitusta etsimällä.

Two days in Santiago...

Spent two nights here to "do" Santiago prior to going to Valparaiso to catch a cruise ship. Very nice apartment in really good central location, and very good value. Would happily recommend.

Ótimo local para se hospedar em Stgo, prédio tranquilo, próximo ao metrô e aos principais pontos turísticos do centro da cidade. Poderiam disponibilizar algumas coisas básicas na cozinha, como sal e azeite.

Não tem ar condicionado

No quesito localização e conforto ficamos satisfeitos com o hotel. O que gostaríamos que fosse corrigido é que o item ar condicionado é não existente. O que eles tem é um climatizador barulhento que não refresca o quarto no calor de 35/40 graus. Isso deveria ser tirado das amenities do hotel, pois isso tornou a estada desagradável.

Ótima localização é bem equipado

O apartamento fica num prédio com portaria 24 horas, bem equipado, andar alto, boa vista e a administração fica numa rua próxima para atender todas as necessidades, inclusive reserva de táxi para o aeroporto. Não tem estacionamento, mas tem um público a uma quadra.

Highly recommended

I needed to go to Santiago for several days of research--to look at historical sites and interview people about them. The Soho one-bedroom apart-hotel was perfect. I had a little cozy living room/kitchen area, with enough seating for 6 people. Everything is modest and not brand-new, but the place was clean, and charming. And the neighborhood was terrific--very safe for wandering, easy to get around, and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Normally, I think you go to another building to get keys and sign in. But since I arranged an early check-in, my keys were waiting at the reception desk on the first floor, and I was able to do check-in by filling out paperwork, taking a phone photo, and emailing the form to them. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Santiago.

Well Situated, Comfortable Lodging.

Returning from a tiring Peru trip prior to flying back to Australia, we needed a place to relax for two days, which Soho Santiago Apartments provided us with.

Great Vacation!

The apartment is in a great location. The entire office staff is awesome, very helpful. It is not a hotel so you don't have a hotel check-in desk but when you arrive someone from the office staff comes to meet you, gives you the key and explains the process. The apartment is very comfortable and is equipped with pots, pans, silverware, etc. It's very clean. Only (1) TV in bedroom. No housekeeping daily services. The price was excellent and the apartment is in the heart of Santiago. Thanks so much to Anna and the office manager for all their help. They go far and beyond to help you. We will definately stay here again.

Great location. Very safe. Right near train stationm no issues at all.should give it a 5 star rating but i was there at time of earthquake in santiago on september. After returning from my meal after feeling the shakes, i couldnt go back up to my room (understandable) but no one speak english at reception at all (tho all very very nice for the week i was there). I didnt know what to do and there was no wifi in lobby so had to find the bar down the corner to get more info. Otherwise very good. The lady that orga ised this was there when i arrived , by chance but wasnt that helpful afterwards. But awesome place, and location and it got cleaned halfway thru my stay. Tv didnt work and lousy view but all fine.
