Sleeps 8/9 with 4 double rooms all with recently renovated en-suites. Fully air conditioned. Extremely well equipped throughout. Located only 2 mins drive being on the fringe of Sao Bras town with it's array of bustling shops, cafe bars, and many superb restaurants. Overlooking the magnificent Algarve countryside. At the front is a magnificently maintained mature irrigated garden with typical Carrobs, Olive, Oleanders, Cactus, almond, pomegranate, and various other trees, shrubs and plants. A large drive and large flat parking area. At the rear a very private large Pool with UV water system and multi coloured lighting, complete with fully furnished patio areas, and covered terrace. A small orchard area with various fruits, lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, avocado. Purpose built BBQ and preparation area. All rooms air-conditioned. Perfect unspoilt location for relaxing and enjoying a family holiday. Only 20 mins to Airport, 20 mins to Beaches and Golf. Only 40 mins to the Spanish border.

Great Villa
Fantastic Villa, lots of room. Mary & Syd were very helpful with their communication and helping us when the taxi driver got lost on the way there. We found eating out in the town was very reasonable, people all friendly.

Fantastic holiday
We had the best holiday at this lovely villa. The owners have thought of everything and more. The villa was exceptional, the check in process went very smoothly and they kindly let us go in earlier than the normal check in time. We received very clear instructions on how to get there and the owner also checked that we had arrived safely. The villa has everything in it you need and there are plenty of sun beds around the good sized pool. There was only three of us but this villa easily could accommodate 8/9 guests with no trouble. We could log in to Netflix and having access to UK TV pleased our 14 year old. We hired a car which is necessary if you want to get to the tourist resorts, but there are some good local restaurants within walking distance and also supermarkets locally. We had a fantastic holiday and would throughly recommend the villa to anyone wanting to book it in the future.

Just WOW
Beautiful villa in a lovely peaceful setting. The villa has everything you need and is really clean. There was 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The pool has been well used and enjoyed by us all. We have been here two weeks and we had 2 linen changes whilst here. The owners have thought about everything. We have all enjoyed our stay and will come again.

Just Ideal
Blue skies, warm sunshine and a lovely villa. What more could we ask for? Travelling with two elderly ladies with mobility problems, it is not easy to find a suitable villa to meet our needs, but Mary's property fulfilled our every need. No matter the time of day, the ladies could find an ideal spot to sit and enjoy the warmth. Each had their own shower room too and enough space for all of us to enjoy time together or on our own. Although much of the area isn't really suitable for wheelchairs, we did manage to visit some nice spots within a short distance and were overcome with the friendliness and kindness shown by everyone we met. The local shops were well stocked and eating out was extremely reasonable. We had a lovely break and couldn't find a fault with anything. Thank you for the use of your house.

Beautiful villa set in enchanted gardens.
We arrived late tired and hungry and our spirits were immediately lifted by this villa set in beautifully lit gardens. We spent much of our time out in the back garden playing in the pool, reading, dining or playing cards. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Fabulous property. Everything you could need is provided.
We had a great stay in this fab property. It is so well equipped with everything you could need. The owners have thought of everything, it's like home away from home. The honesty wine rack is a lovely touch. Grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool is fabulous!! There's a grocery store and Lidl within a few minutes drive. The layout of the house is fabulous to cater for a large number of people with lots of different areas. It's a 25 minute drive from the airport and there's a fab water park within a 30 minute drive. We have wonderful memories and would love to return again. Thank you Mary.

fantastic villa, lovely garden and pool area, exceptionally well equipped. Really good value.
We arrived at the villa after a very early flight, later than expected because our hire car which we picked up at the airport broke down on the way. i was very touched to receive a phone call from the owner to check that we had arrived safely (she had rung earlier at our expected time of arrival and was getting concerned that we had got lost). The villa was spotlessly clean, loads of space, lovely big beds in 2 of the rooms and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was a good size with a great patio area around it, loads of sunbeds with a stack of cushions and pool towels available. A great outdoor eating area (we wanted to bring the table home with us) and a barbecue. There were a couple of things which made the villa stand out. The owners had taken the trouble to gather a selection of Portuguese wines to try out, the only proviso being that you replaced whatever drank; the barbecue was all set up and ready to go; there were fresh flowers on the table; the phone call referred to above; a cleaner came in midweek and gave us a clean and changed the towels and the pool was serviced twice while we were there. The only down side about our visit was the weather! It was very cloudy most of the time with a very cold wind. It meant that the pool didn't get the chance to heat up sufficiently so we didn't get in much. It also meant that it was often too cold in the evenings to sit outside. However we still had a very enjoyable holiday. This area makes a very good base for getting out and about the Eastern Algarve which is lovely area with lots to see.
