"Great customer service, friendly staff and wonderful coffee shop in the lobby. Fun museum exhibit and great beverage program to enjoy while plying shuffleboard! I stay at 21C in any city that has one and have stayed here over the past couple years. The property is in need of some attention- the halls really needed vacuuming, trash bins were overflowing and the hallway walls were marked and scuffed. The rooms could do with some more attention to detail with fraying carpeting and marked doors. The in-room mugs and glassware were dusty and had fingerprints all over them. The pool ceiling is cracking and peeling into the pool and the space has a stagnant, strange aroma. Great property, needs some love. "

"Our usual place to stay while visiting my son in St. Louis, after renovations, the hotel rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast is really good to be included. Parking is also included on room fee."
