The house is located on the property of the landlord. To the city harbor and the beach promenade you walk about 10 minutes. Shops are nearby. Distance to the sandy beach 7 km, to the ferry port 6 km, to the train and bus station 1 km. Sassnitz is a "state-approved resort" and therefore Kurabgabepflichtig.

The garden house about 25 m², has a bedroom with Foutonbett, 1 living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette microwave (with hotplate), fridge u. Coffee machine, outdoor seating with camping furniture. Facilities: radio, TV, shower / wc, parking space towels please bring!

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Bewertung

Ferienwohnung war leider sehr muffig . Wäsche konnte man nicht in den Kleiderschrank verstauen da sie sonst den Geruch des schrankes angenommenen hätte . Die Kaffeemaschine war leider total verschmutzt. Es währe empfehlenswert wenn der Vermieter eine Wochen Miete in die Sanierung der Ferienwohnung stecken würde . Und lüften lüften lüften.. ein kleiner Wäscheständer währe in einem Badeort auch sehr vom Vorteil.
