Overall this property met our needs for a four day and three night stay. It was clean and had basic amenities. We did love the upstairs hammock area that had ocean views this also had the best WiFi service. The hotel was right on the beach and close to downtown. It was quite loud at night as there is a bar directly below the property that would play loud music late into the night. We got ear plugs and it wasn’t that bad. For lighter sleepers it may not be the best choice. We arrived at 6 pm and the check in process was a bit confusing. A good place to stay if you want to be close to everything and don’t mind the nightlife.

Good option for an oceanfront property. Good location. Very basic but clean. The tradeoff for the reasonable price is that local live music next door is very loud until long after midnight. We thought we could avoid that problem by staying on Sunday and Monday nights. We were wrong. Bring your earplugs.

At first I was sooo disappointed…only provide 1 towel per person every other day. It’s white and if you get it dirty they charge you. LOUD and very very basic. A/C absolutely sucks. No hand soap, or toiletries of any kind. But the staff is so nice it made up for it.

Don't blame the hotel blame the bars on the b

Book last minute for an impromptu stay overnight from Puerto Vallarta. Staff was knowledgeable and honest the noise at night Saturday night until Sunday was unbearably loud. I thought the noise might end at two and when it didn't end at four I thought it might end at six. the music went on until 7 AM Which has nothing to do with the hotel, but the bars close by.

The beach view is obstructed by trees and palms. The location of the hotel is amazing. But you have to be prepared for the noise at night there is a bar under the hotel and some other bars around the hotel that have the music loud all night until 5 am, almost every single day. The furniture inside room vibrates. After the first night i have to find a place to buy earplugs. The earplugs help, but i would be helpful getting a pair of earmuffs and use them together. The other problem that i found is that they have really old air-conditioning systems, that in most of the rooms dont work. You should ask for what room number they assign you. Because when i arrive, they told me that my room ac was not working and they put me on a different room and told me that they where going to move back to my room once it was fixed, after several days they told me that i need it to go back to my room because the one that i was using it was reserved for somebody else. But the air conditioning wasnt working so i had to make a claim with expedia, and they way they fix it was moving me to another hotel 5 bloks away from the beach. The place was really nice. Also the girl at the desktop was really nice and very helpful her name is Azul, i think she is the only good at that hotel. If they fix the air-conditioning and put some kind of insulation against the noise, it would be a great place.

The room is clean and right on the beach. There is a common area outside of the room that is shared with all other units. The funny thing is they insisted on quiet time in common areas and off limits after 10 pm. There was music playing at the beach bar outside until 5 am on Sunday evening and at the salsa bar outside on Monday evening until 2 am. Even with ear plus it was very difficult to sleep with noise and vibrations and bright lights. The curtains do not block light and the sound and vibrations cannot be blocked.

Nice simple hotel and great overall value. Comfortable rooms that are a bit on the small side, but set up well. The only issue can be the music noise at night but it didn't bother me much

Do not book this hotel

I cannot warn you enough, do not book this hotel. Upon arrival I was told my reservation did not exist and that the hotel does not work with hotels.com and it must be a scam and to “block my credit card so I don’t get charged”. I was left stranded with nowhere to go. I asked the receptionist Azul if they had a room available and they were able to accommodate me for one night only, claiming the hotel was fully booked. The room I was given was 1.5x the nightly price I was quoted on hotels.com and nothing like the room I had initially booked. The room, although clean, was falling apart and smelled like damp laundry that had never fully dried. I thought this would be the worst of it, but it wasn’t. Music blasted from the bar below until 4am, with secondary music continuing past that until morning. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am now currently fighting to ensure I am not charged for a hotel reservation I was not able to complete, and have spent exponentially more than planned to arrange alternative accommodation.

Te piden que a las 10 ya no hagas ruido para dejar descansar a los demás huéspedes y tienen un bar abajo del hotel que toca hasta las 2 de la mañana, no tendieron la cama o cambiaron las sábanas, la ubicación es buena por la cercanía al mar pero al tener un bar abajo del hotel se pierde todo tipo de privacidad así como de descanso, No recomiendo este hotel

No hacen aseo diario, un día si y otro no. la TV se les cayó a ellos y no la sustituyeron, las instalaciones no son como aparecen Está muy descuidado el lugar, las luces de habitación parpadean, las toallas manchadas de óxido, el en fotos de publicidad, ruido de música en vivo de 8 AM a 3 AM, pues abajo hay un bar. Y eso no lo mencionan antes.

Es difícil llegar en carro al hotel por el tráfico y al llegar no hay estacionamiento, la habitación estaba muy descuidada con los colchones y toallas viejas, lámparas que no servían, el wifi no servía, la TV tampoco servía.
