Dear Mr. Ahmet,Thank you for sharing your experience with us.We are sorry to hear that your experience here at Palazzo Pascal wasn’t enjoyable. However, we would clarify the points you raised. Through Expedia, you had booked our elegant Deluxe Suite, that is only suitable and reservable for two people. At the check-in, where you showed up in three instead, we did offer you a largely discounted upgrade in a larger and suitable Suite, at the cost of just 200 euros per night; however, as you stated, you refused it. The room was then sold the very next day.Since the moment our guest book with us, we are prompt to give them all the information that are needed to enjoy every minute of their stay. We always recommend to book every private transfer service in advance, as during the high season they are nearly impossible to find at the very last minute. The night before your check-out, your driver gave you the availability for the morning after, but you refused the service.At the morning of, we had called every private driver company available in the area to accommodate your very last-minute request, but everyone was already booked up as the Amalfi Coast is one of the most visited places in Italy.We deeply regret reading your disappointing experience; however, we do work really hard every day to give our guests a pleasant and memorable stay with us.We do hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future at our property to leave you a good memory of us.
