• The owner stays overnight for the duration of every booking. The owner’s unit is completely private, with its own private entrance, and does not interfere with guest spaces.

• Off-street parking in the neighborhood is prohibited. Only 4 cars may park in the driveway. No on-street parking beyond 4 vehicles.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Place was a little dingy and could definitely use refreshing. BUT we enjoyed every moment because family that does not live near each other were together for the weekend. I did not appreciate having a religious picture (the last supper) and other religious paraphernalia around the place. The location was perfect. We had a Memorial Service for my brother at the Stockard Inn and had friends who live in Niskayuna.
