Just one occurence where a dog was allowed in to the area where the pool is. He was on the table and on the coaches outside. It wasn't people staying at the hotel. The lady was using rude language in front of the kids esp mine as our tables where next to each other!! I alerted a staff member. "

"I booked a standard duplex and did not know that this means the view is down the busy main road in Sea Point so cannot open the sliding doors or windows due to noise. The duplex was on the 4th floor. I then realised as a Gold member I could have been offered a free upgrade. After chatting to the friendly reception staff and the manager on duty we reached a win-win situation, I just paid in a little bit to get a super upgrade to a penthouse duplex suite on the 5th floor!!!
