Loved the setting, the location and the room was nice and clean. The porch was great, and the upstairs bar is a gem. Would have preferred a bathroom space that was walled off to the ceiling, and a light in the shower stall.
The room was clean and comfortable the Hotel is Historic and had a ambience about it. Myself and my fiancée will never forget the experience we had and will cherish it forever.
This is one of the most unique hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Loved everything about it, including the incredibly friendly staff. The room was small, but very clean and it had everything we needed. The private little bar in the evenings with the beautiful balcony view was an added bonus.
This is our second time staying at the hotel. It is quiet and everything is within walking distance. JOEY goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed. The holiday decorations were breath taking. The room was perfect and we spend a great deal of time on the balcony.

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the whole experience.
It was a great location close to many things unfortunately it was a holiday so a lot was closed but it was still really nice I would definitely go back. More of a self-service Hotel I liked that
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Roanoke Hotel From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially loved the bar with the balcony. Every detail showed how much they care about their guests. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sebring, Fl.
Great hotel. Great accommodation the bed was warm. Enjoyed the balcony.
Streaming programs was difficult, could not find my news program Fox News.
Overall great
This is an excellent property for a getaway stay or a long trip. The property is clean, safe and just full of charm. Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and more near by. Also a very good place for a romantic vacation.
This hotel is absolutely amazing and wonderful in all imaginable ways possible. The check in process was very simple and so was the process of checking out. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. I was able to get the opportunity to meet and speak with the owners and they are so very amazing and kind in every single way. If you are going to be traveling to the town of Sebring I 100% absolutely recommend that you book this hotel. I guarantee you that I’ll be returning to stay again.
Very cute boutique hotel and part of downtown Sebring. From thebmomemt i arrived(late) and tried to get in, Chef Ian(i'm sorry if I'm misspelling it) waslike my personal customer service agent. B/w him and the bartender, Cindy, they really made this work trip enjoyable. The room was so unique and nice(not what I'd ever expect at a corporate hotel). It felt like it could be a room in my home. (Hemingway hideout), the bar was fun,the balcony was very nice, the morning coffee spot was so necessary. If i return to this area, I will absolutely stay here again.
Very nice, awesome balcony in front. Restaurant downstairs. Lounge open Friday and Saturday evenings. Reasonably priced. Very secure, call for code to get in at checkout. Circle park and Restaurants close
Beautiful clean rooms but wasnt happy that room had no microwave or fridge for the price. Had meals we couldnt finish lastnight and wouldve eaten today but had mo way to save them. Love that the hotel is a historcal landmark!
I would have to say that this is probably one of the most positive experiences I and my husband have ever had at a hotel. This is 150-year-old hotel and it was perfection! I don't use that word lately I am usually very critical but this property was beautifully placed the adornments were fabulous the bed was incredibly comfortable Joey the housekeeping manager was very gracious The dining experience the downtown experience it's a 10 all the way around congratulations Great job!
The village circle which you can see from the balcony of the hotel, was like a step back into the past. Gazebo , park benches, games and music playing. We were there on a Sunday so quite a few business’ were closed. There are shops of all kinds, restaurants and a wonderful welcoming atmosphere . We had breakfast at Dee’s Diner food was good, service and people were great. The hotel was great easy check-in, everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Comfortable, quiet, necessities provided , including coffee and clean room.
