The property is spacious, well-maintained, and clean. All the necessary items are provided in the kitchen. If cooking smelly foods like grilled fish, garlic dishes, and curry were allowed, that would been great.

友人と４人で利用しました

友人と４人で利用しました。 仙台駅からも歩ける距離で交通の便は良いと思いました。近所に飲食店が少ない印象でしたが、コンビニやいくつか飲食店はありましたので特に困ることはありませんでした。夜は外が静かでしたのでゆっくり休むことができました。 部屋は綺麗でしたが、トイレの換気扇の埃が気になってしまいました。部屋は窓が多かったのですが、どこを開けても隣のマンションの壁が見えてしまい、残念ながら景色は楽しめませんでした。ただ、カーテンを開けると明るい日差しが差し込むのは良かったです。 設備や家電は普通に生活できる程度のものが一通り揃っており、不便はありませんでした。欲を言えばお風呂の追い焚き機能とリンスインシャンプーでないシャンプー&コンディショナーがあるともっと良いなと思いました。 駅から近くお値段もお手頃ですので近くに行くことがあればまた利用したいです。
