"Around 10min walk to train station and mang won market Great for sole traveller or couple as rooms are not big enough for family There is a place for working out(gym) and cooking facility(microwaves, induction cookers and pots and pans), also laundry on the downstairs with reasonable price(4,000 for washing, 3,000 for dry) Bathroom is tiny and they only give you small size of towels for bath/shower I recommended and I will stay again"

"I stayed at this property for 10 days with my mom (2 adults) in a small room with a large comfortable king size bed. The room is better suited for 1 person - not enough outlets or outlet on only 1 side, no drawers to put away clothes. This is more of a businsss hotel for a shorter stay. I didn’t use the restaurant because there was no charm for having a drink. I used the business center to get some work done on an open large table. Internet worked great. The gym suited my needs of some weight...

Location is good which is just few mins walk from metro. Just be careful that if you are a female, you should walk together with a friend because there are few karaoke lounges out there. Also, it is located near Gwangjang Market, if you go to shopping area at dongdamen, you still need to walk by 15 mins. Room is basic, little bit dated but...
