"Harry Hong Senior Manager and his staff was very professional, kind, caring, responsible and wonderful. Very clean, atmosphere very confortable, restaurant and Cafe was excellent food and service. "I loved this hotel, especially the view. The room was small but cleverly designed, with the ability to open a window for fresh air. The bed was comfortable although I did have to swap out a pillow for a softer option. The laundry was a bonus. In the lobby there are food, drink, water and coffee machines and a computer and printer. The staff were lovely and very helpful. At the top of a hill so be prepared for a walk."
